How we balance
How we balance. by Anab hussien
Every day we balence in need for walking, and staying upright for every step we humans take.
To balance sometimes we use arms ,for example acrobats use a long stick to balance on a tightrope, and when you break your leg (or both)and when the doctor takes your cast of ,you learn how to balance again .
When you do yoga for fitness sometimes you need to focus on a spot that does not move to help you balance.
Last but not least, is weight. If you were to balance with a bucket of apples on one arm and nothing on the other you were to fall.
In conclusion, I learnt that we need balance for everyday life and it's important for everyone, every athlete, every gymnast ,and every dancer.
